User-added image
Resolution This issue is caused by a time stamp difference in the Oauth request versus the Salesforce1 login page after a period of inactivity.  Users trying to login again will then see this error.

You can resolve this a number of ways:

1. Selecting a new server connection will resolve the error.
Go to the Gear icon in iOS or the three-dot icon in Android in the top right > Selecting a new Sandbox or Custom server.

2. Force closing the Application.
In iOS :
Press the Home button two times quickly.
You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

Here is the documentation from Apple around this:

In Android:
Tap the Recents button ( ) to pull up a list of recently used apps.
Scroll through the list of apps until you locate the one you wish to close.
Swipe the app off the screen to close it .

It is our best practice to stay logged into the application or force close the app after an extended period of inactivity.
