Steps for Logging Browser Memory Usage for Internet Explorer

|Description||At the start of your shift, open the Task Manager and record the total memory used and the memory used by the Internet Explorer browser.
1. Right-click on the taskbar and select “Start Task Manager”
2. In the Task Manager window, click on the “Performance” tab and make a note of Total and Available memory in the “Physical Memory (MB)” section (get a screen shot or print screen if possible)
3. Switch to the “Processes” tab, click on the “Image Name” column header to sort by process name, and make a note of the amount of memory used by all iexplore.exe or iexplore.exe *32 processes (get a screen shot or print screen if possible)
Keep recording this information every 30-60 minutes and also when the observed issue(s) start(s) occurring.
