Live Agent users are automatically changed to offline status

Description Live agent users being changed to offline status automatically.
Resolution This can occur when the API limit for the organization has been reached.

In order to use Live Agent all Live Agent users need the API Enabled permission on their Profile.  This means that Live Agent uses the API and if there are no available API calls left then Live Agent users will be unable to stay Online.
