TLS encryption for email sends in Marketing Cloud

Description Marketing Cloud outbound messaging systems support Transport Layer Security (TLS). While the feature isn't enabled by default for all accounts, it can be enabled by a member of our Deliverability Team.

TLS eligibility requirements

If your account already uses a Private IP Address and is implemented with a Sender Authentication Package (SAP) then you're a prime candidate to enable TLS.


Request TLS for your account

Create a case with Marketing Cloud Customer Support and include your account's Private IP address. Our team will complete the setup process within 7-10 business days.
