The Salesforce Success Community is an online portal where you can access help, give feedback, ask questions, and collaborate with Salesforce, partners, product specialists, employees and other customers. Make sure to review each section of the Success Community as they offer different resources to help you make the most out of your Salesforce investment.

Key Success Community Groups
  • Premier Central (Premier Only) – Your hub where we’ll host special webinars, provide premium content, answer questions, announce new Premier programs and direct you to the best Community resources
  • Success Release Readiness - Central location for release information, technology updates, solution ideas, and interactive product discussions
  • Success – Getting Started - Designed for all new customers to engage by asking questions, giving feedback, and sharing experiences

Automated journey focused on delivering timely resources to help you get deployed

Webinar Series (Live & Recorded)
  • Getting Started - Focused on the key steps needed to prepare for and implement Salesforce 

Premier Welcome Call (Premier Only)
There are several ways you can get access to a Premier Welcome call:
  • Click the invitation on the Getting Started or Premier Welcome email you received
  • Reach out to your Account Executive to setup an onboarding call if you haven’t received these emails
