Why is an end user getting logged out when trying to access the Service Console?

|Description||If an end user reports getting logged out of Salesforce when trying to access the Service Console, this may be a caching issue.|
|Resolution||This should be easily resolved by editing the Console in Setup.
Go to Your Name > Setup > Create > Apps > (whichever Console is affected) > Edit > Uncheck the "Save User Session" checkbox and Save > Edit > Check the "Save User Session" checkbox and Save again.
The end user should now be able to access the Console again.
