Live Chat request notification is not continuously ringing

Description When a chat comes in on the agent side on the Live Agent platform, the agent is notified and it comes on two rings. You might notice that the chat remains on the agent queue until it gets accepted, but the notification stops at 2 rings. 
Resolution This feature of the Live Agent is not customizable at this time. It can only be turned on and off but the notification sound is not configurable. When a chat comes in, you will only hear 2 rings and will stop at that even if the request is not yet accepted.
