Live Chat with only specific customers within community

Description Would like live chat to be used on a select few users within our community that are noted as being Premier Plus or Premium users.
Resolution Salesforce does not have the ability yet to utilize Live Agent settings on customizing Live Chat Users.

However, users can move forward by using custom pre-chat forms.  You can create a pre-chat form to gather information, such as a customer's name, email address, and reason for contacting customer support. This will categorize your users so you can select who to Live Chat with and what Skill Group the user should speak with.
