SOS: Case and Contact record not auto-popping when SOS Session is accepted

Description When SOS Session is accepted by agent, the Case and Contact record is not auto-popping. 
Resolution Go to Setup|Customize|Cases|Validation Rules and remove any conflicting Case Validation Rules. 
Go to Setup|Customize|SOS Sessions|Triggers and update the "sosCreateCase" trigger.... with what??
