SOS: Case and Contact record not auto-popping when SOS Session is accepted

|Resolution||Go to Setup|Customize|Cases|Validation Rules and remove any conflicting Case Validation Rules.
Go to Setup|Customize|SOS Sessions|Triggers and update the "sosCreateCase" trigger.... with what??
