Interaction Log in the Service Console has "Related To" grayed out for Leads

Description When accessing the Agent Console and a Lead Record with the Interaction Log enabled, the "related to" field in the Interaction Log is grayed out.
Resolution This is expected functionality - the design of the Console/Interaction Log with Lead records was not designed to have the "related to" field available for use. End users will find this is grayed out on Lead records and this is working as designed.
