Unable to see "View Customer User" option

|Description||If you've signed in as a Customer Portal User, and are unable to select the "View Customer User" we'll walk you through what you need to do to get access to it.|
|Resolution||"View Customer User" and "View Partner User" are separate buttons as seen on the Page Layout.
You can add these options by following the steps below.
1. Go to Setup | Customize | Contacts.
2. Edit the affected Page Layout assigned to the Record Types and Profile of the affected user.
3. Go to available Buttons on the panel from Page Layout.
4. Click the button, drag and drop to the Standard Buttons section under Contact Detail.
5. Click Save.
You should be able to see the option to View Customer/Partner User after following these steps.
