Link breaks in Marketing Cloud after web analytics are added

A link is being pulled from a profile attribute/data extension: 

The link contains one question mark (?) character:

When Web Analytics is turned on, the link is created with two question mark (?) characters, which causes the link not to process as expected:

Because there are two question mark (?) characters in the link, as opposed to all question marks (?) after the first being replaced with ampersand (&) characters, the link breaks. To ensure it is handled correctly, put the link inside the AMPscript function RedirectTo(). 



This change ensures that the link is checked for the question marks (?) and replaces all of the  subsequent question marks (?) characters with the ampersands (&).
