Salesforce Organization ID is not visible in Engagement Macro

Description While creating or editing an engagement macro in Social Studio, I do not see my Salesforce Organization ID populate under "Send to Salesforce" in the Option list.
Resolution Before creating a new engagement macro to send to salesforce, you need to first setup and configure Social Customer Service with your Radian6 user name in Service Cloud. Once this setup is completed, you should see your Salesforce Organization ID associated with Social Customer Service populate in the Engagement macro as expected to select.
