Insufficient Privileges when trying to modify "My Social Account and Contacts" in My Settings

Description If attempting to access "My Social Account and Contacts" in My Settings (Choose My Settings > Display and Layout > My Social Accounts and Contacts), users may run into an "insufficient privileges" error.
Resolution This is most likely due to Social Accounts and Contacts not being enabled and configured for the Organization yet.

Setup | Build | Customize | Social Apps and Integrations | Social Accounts and Contacts | Settings | Enable
