When you consider reactivating a sub-account for Enterprise and Resellers Accounts, it's important to review the length of time the account has been disabled before proceeding.

After a sufficient period of time following deactivation, Marketing Cloud begins a data-clean process. A subsequent reactivation compromises the functionality of the account, and therefore, it's considered a best practice not to re-enable older accounts. Accounts that have been disabled for less than 30 days can typically be re-enabled without any issues.
