Determine who deleted a specific subscriber record in Subscriber Lists

When troubleshooting an issue with a subscriber record, it's identified that the specific subscriber record has somehow been deleted from your account. Unfortunately, the Marketing Cloud Database doesn't provide this amount of detail about who deleted subscriber records.
Fortunately, if a Subscriber record is deleted from your application, it's "soft deleted" which means the record can be reactivated, thereby making it visible within the application.
This can be done by recreating the subscriber record within your account. The record will then be identified by the system utilizing the unique identifier (SubscriberKey or EmailAddress), and the system will flip the deleted record back to an active status automatically.
