Error in Community Profile Cases

Description This is most likely because of the Standard All Open Cases list view. 
Resolution You need to create the standard list view "All Open Cases" in Cases object.

1. Click Cases tab
2. Click Create new view
-Step 1. Enter View Name: All Open Cases / API Name: AllOpenCases
-Step 2. Specify Filter Criteria:
  • All Cases
  • Closed equals False
-Step 3. Select Fields to Display.
-Step 4. Restrict Visibility
  • Visible to all users (Includes partner and customer portal users)
3. Save
