System Admin unable to change Portal Administrator, gets an error "Insufficient Privileges".

|Description||Sometimes when a System Administrator tries changing the Portal-Administrator it shows an error "Insufficient-Privileges".|
|Resolution||The error occurs because the Portal Admin has added a logo to the portal and that Logo is saved in his Private document folder.
Below are the steps to resolve this:
1. Request Portal Admin to log in and access the Private document folder , and move the logo to a public folder.
2. You can also log in as Portal Admin and remove the logo from the Portal all together. This will allow you to log back in and change the Portal Admin.
