Report on Subscribers who have changed email addresses

Marketing Cloud doesn't retain a record of old email addresses, therefore, the Support Team is unable to provide you with this information. What you can do is create an email report to see who changed their email address.
You'll first need to implement a custom Profile Center with custom fields and code designed to capture and log changes to the email field. This can subsequently be communicated back to a file or CRM.
