A request was made to change your salesforce.com email address. This email is being sent to the previous email address of the user as a notification.

New email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
|Resolutionemail@example.com username is success.salesforce.com username that's tied to user's production / Developer Edition org username. You would receive "You have requested to change your salesforce.com email address" email if you update the following:
1. Log into https://success.salesforce.com
2. Upper right hand corner, select “My Profile”
3. Click on “Edit My Profile”
4. In contact section, click on pencil icon
5. Click on “Contact” tab
6. Edit email address
To confirm your new email address, please click on link found in email.
