Learn why you are unable to see your Salesforce Organization ID when you're creating a macro in Social Studio.
In order to see a Salesforce organization ID listed when you create a macro in Social Studio, a user in your Social Studio Organization must authenticate with their Social Studio username and password in Social Customer Service. If no one has authenticated yet with their Social Studio credentials, your Salesforce Organization ID will not appear.
