Issue: Data.com engineering has discovered an issue where in 'some' cases the Data.com Social API returns invalid contact ID's.
Symptoms of the issue are as follows:
+ In some cases the contact ID's get a 'Not Found' response from the API
+ In other cases data returned will be for an invalid version of the contact record
R&D is prioritizing and considering all options for a permanent fix.
There is no ETR at this time
