Subscriber on Master Unsubscribe List wants to receive emails again

It's possible for subscribers to contact the Marketing Cloud team and request that they be removed from all Marketing Cloud mailing lists. This is called a "Master Unsubscribe," and is done by the subscriber emailing email@example.com.
Want to receive emails again, but you're on the Master Unsubscribe list? Account owners and support staff cannot reactivate the subscription in the Marketing Cloud. You'll need to contact Support directly to resolve the issue.
If you're a subscriber, contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and specifically request to be added to the account you want to receive emails from. This way, they're still be on the Master Unsubscribe List, but you can request to receive emails from a specific account.
