|Description||Issue: The error appears when choosing an email template on Select Template window:
If a template link below is not active, then you do not have access to one or more attachments associated with this template. Please contact your system administrator if you need to use this template.
Cause: The attachment file added in the email template is saved in a Private folder or the user simply have no access to the folder where the attachment is saved.
|Resolution||Modify the Document folder access where the attachment is stored and select option "This folder is accessible by all users" to ensure all users would have access to the attachment in the email template.
To modify Document folder access:
1. Navigate to Documents tab
2. Select the Document Folder where the attachment is stored and click Edit
3. Select "This folder is accessible by all users"
NOTE: If the attachment is stored in the My Personal Documents folder, the file needs to be moved to another folder that is public or accessible by all users. See article on how to move a document, report or email template into a folder for more information.
