Default the “Send Notification Email” Checkbox to Checked while assigning cases

Description Email notification box to be checked by default while assigning cases.
Resolution Please follow the Steps to below :

1. Go to Setup
2. Then to Customize
3. Go to Cases
4. Support Settings

and then Enable 'Notify Case Owners when Case Ownership Changes' check box.
