Live Agent and Live Agent Supervisor tabs not available in Permission Sets

Description When creating a Permission Set for Live Agent Users, Live Agent and Live Agent Supervisor tabs are not available options. Why is this happening and how can this be resolved?
Resolution When creating a Permission Set for Live Agent Users, Salesforce (Full CRM License) should be defined in the User License Type drop down.

Salesforce license users are the only ones who can have the Live Agent feature license turned on

Steps to create permission set:
 
1. Click on your Name | Setup | Administration Setup | Manage Users | Permission Sets
2. Click 'New' button
