Partner Users in Your Community Can Mass Update Leads

Description New in Winter '16, Partner users can now mass update the owner and status of leads in a list view.

Partner users can select the check boxes next to the desired leads and click one of the following buttons:
  • Change Status: Changes the status of the leads. Partner users must have the “Manage Leads” permission and read/write access to the leads.
  • Change Owner: Assigns leads to a specific user or queue. Partner users must have the “Transfer Leads” permission and read/write access to the leads.
Permission(s) needed: To allow your partner users to mass update leads, assign them the “Manage Leads” and “Transfer Leads” permissions.

Note: Partner users with legacy portal licenses can mass update leads in communities, but not in portals.
