Users are pushed records through Omni-Channel when they are not part of the Queue

Description Users may report that when logging into the Console and Omni Channel, they are being pushed records for a Queue they are not a part of.
Resolution This can be expected if they are a Manager of one of the queue members.

Based on how we have hard-coded the "manager of a queue (or group) member" functionality, records that would normally be pushed to any of the queue members will also be pushed to any of their managers who log in as "available"
