|Description||The Chatter Desktop installation is an Abobe Air install that can sometimes fail because of LAN or local machine security. Checking the log located at: %LocalAppData%\Adobe\AIR\logs\Install.log can reveal an error similar to:
"No app located for appID 'sfdc-desktop' and pubID '0E7F0072024938CDBA99B20C38B5F315254C2A5B.1"
|Resolution||This error can be caused by Scan/Anti Virus/Endpoint Security on the local machine restricting machine or folder access to the installer. Briefly disable the anti virus to complete the installation|
