Error message when Disabling Orders Object in Sandbox

Description When disabling orders (unchecking enable orders) in sandbox the following error message is received:

An internal server error has occurred An error has occurred while processing your request. The support team has been notified of the problem. The error ID might be different. But in general the error message looks similar

Resolution This issue is quite rare and seen only in sandbox. Layout and list view seems to be the cause for the issue. Hence those are the 2 area where the following fix will be applied

1. Go to orders tab (the standard tab)

2. Create a New list view with visibility to all users
3. Delete the following list views one by one
All Draft Orders
All Activated Orders
All Orders
3. Go to Order and Order Product page layouts in set-up
Click Path: Your name (Top right hand corner) | Setup | Orders | Page Layout
Your name (Top right hand corner) | Setup | Order Products | Page Layout
4. Create new Order and Order Product page layouts (you can clone from existing layouts) 
5. Delete the two old (out of box) layouts 
6. Disable order settings and it should go through now
