|Description||Why don't I have Lightning Experience enabled in my Winter '16 Sandbox?
Lightning Experience will be automatically enabled for all Orgs as they are upgraded to Winter '16.
|Resolution||The *exception* to this is if the Org has Person Accounts enabled.
Since Person Accounts are not supported in Lightning, we will ONLY be enabling Lightning Experience in Sandbox orgs automatically on October 24th. It will not be available in Production Orgs with Person Accounts for Winter '16 release, and in Sandbox ONLY after 10/24/2015.
