Cancel a pending Send within MobileConnect or MobilePush

Cancel the Send

 

1. In Marketing Cloud, click Mobile | MobileConnect or MobilePush.
2. Click Name of message wanting to be canceled.
3. Once the message opens, click Make Inactive in upper-right corner of message.

Message will then be placed with the other Inactive status messages on the Overview page.


Want to reactivate it? Click the "copy" button just to the left of "Make Inactive" to start the process again.
