With the Winter '16 release comes the ability to add emails and their attachments to Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and Case records in Salesforce using Lightning for Outlook when using Office 365.  Emails are added as completed Tasks into the activity history of records.  Attachments included in the emails are added as Files to the Tasks created. These show in the Files related lists on Objects they are added to and in the users general Files tab.  To ensure you see attachments added with your emails to records:

1. Ensure Chatter is enabled in your organization.
2. Add the Files related list to Task page layouts
