|Description||Why can't partner community users see the Thanks action?|
|Resolution||If a Partner Community licensed user cannot see the Thanks action you'll need to do the following:
1. Login as a System Administrator
2. Go to Setup
3. Go to Manage Users | Profiles
4. Clone the Partner Community User profile
5. Update the permissions to match the profile currently assigned to the affected Partner Community user
6. Assign the new profile to the user
After doing the above the affected user will see the Thanks action.
