No Salesforce1 checkbox available on User Records

Description If the "Salesforce1" option is not showing on a User Record, the "Enable the Salesforce1 mobile browser app" is probably unchecked in Salesforce1 Settings in Setup.
Resolution To enable this, search for "Salesforce1" in the Setup Quick Find search box.

Make sure to check "Enable the Salesforce1 mobile browser app" checkbox under "Mobile Browser App Settings":

The Salesforce1 User option should now be available on User Records.
