Bucket Field returns "No values found for your search term. Try another search term. Or to see the available values (up to 200), clear your search term and click Search." when I know the value exists.

Knowledge Article Number 000230931
Description You built a report and when you added the Bucket Field you searched for a value that exists however, you received the message:

"No values found for your search term. Try another search term. Or to see the available values (up to 200), clear your search term and click Search."

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a report(does not matter which type).

2. Set your reports Date filters such that the value you want to Bucket does not display in the report. For example instead of reporting with a Range of "All Time" set the report for "Last 7 Days"

3.  Add a Bucket Field to a Text or Lookup Field.

4. In the Search for Values section type in a value that you know exists but is not displayed in the reports results. You will receive the message "No values found for your search term. Try another search term. Or to see the available values (up to 200), clear your search term and click Search."
Resolution To resolve this issue:

1. Edit your reports Date filter so that the report includes records with the value.

2. Attempt to add the Bucket Field again and search for the value.  The value will display and you can add it to a Bucket.

3. Once you have added your Bucket values edit the Date filter back to what it was. The value will remain in the Bucket Field.
