Some users are not receiving Email Notifications for Approval Process

|Description||After creating an "Approval Process" some of the users do not get the Email Notifications.|
|Resolution||This issue occurs when inactive users are added in "Approval Step 1" of the Approval Process. If we remove the inactive users from Step 1 all the active users that are left will receive an email notification.
Below are the steps to remove inactive users from Approval Process:
Click on Setup | Create | Workflow & Approvals | Approval Processes | Click on Approval Process Name | Edit Approval Steps 1 | Remove the inactive users | Click on Save.
