Why can Community User see reports from the Unfiled Reports folder when the folder is not accessible?

|Description||Although the "Unfiled Public Reports" folder is not visible within the Community, you may find that there are reports contained within this folder displayed to users within the "All Items" list. While visible these reports will provide an insufficient privileges error if opened by these users.|
|Resolution||This behavior is considered expected at this time. It is on the roadmap to allow the alteration of this behavior.
At this time, the only workaround is to remove the reports exhibiting this behavior from the "Unfiled Public Reports" folder. They can be moved to any other folder.
