New User - first time login

Description When a new user is set up by the System Administrator, the user must log in and create a password and security question in order to complete the setup process. 
Resolution Here’s how to log in for the first time:
  1. Check your email for your login information.
  2. Click the link provided in the email. The link logs you in to the site automatically.
  3. The site prompts you to set a password and choose a security question and answer to verify your identity in case you forget your password.

If you haven’t received your login information, contact the Salesforce Administrator at your organization.

The login link in the email can only be used once. If you click the link, and then close the window before saving your new password, you will need to request a new password from your System Administrator.
