Content powers modern brand communication. Content strategy is the practice of planning for the creation, delivery and governance of useful, usable content. 

Social Channel Content Best Practices:

  • Give each Social Channel a unique purpose for existing​
  • Share own-page domain content into Social Media only if the content fits the purpose of the channel (make sure the page has clear calls to action)
  • Have the resources to monitor and respond to each channel

  • Pinterest: Brands should have a pinboard to show products in action and how to use the product in an ideal way. Always pin with a plan to drive to a conversion page
