Community Users cannot reset their passwords

Description Community Users reset their password for a Community and the password reset email link is routing them to the login page and not the page to create the new password. 
  • This will occur when the Community is not published and is in the "preview" status. This is expected functionality and will work as expected when you publish the Community. 
  • This can also occur for a user which has the "API Only User" permission set
