The user license doesn't allow the permission: Sales Edge Custom Permission
Apart from these, you might run into other Custom Permissions. Even users who have no Permission Sets assigned, can have custom permissions assigned on a profile.
The two Custom Permissions mentioned, are part of one of our Pardot packages.
|Resolution||In Setup, go to the Profile concerned.
If you have the new Profile layout, use the search box to search for Custom Permissions, otherwise use your browser Find function or scroll down the page to find it.
Edit the custom permissions, move the permissions that are conflicting, from the Enabled to the Available column.
