Salesforce for Outlook "forward" and "reply" show original record associations in Outlook 2013/16

|Description||When forwarding or replying to an existing mail using the side panel in Outlook 2013/16 the records displayed are the details of the existing association and users can be prompt for removal.
Forwarding or replying to an email in Outlook 2013/2016 is done inline and shows the original associations. To resolve this either manually use the pop out option in the email at the time of writing or set the default action in Outlook by navigating to File | Options | Mail and here selecting "Open replies and forwards in a new Window"
