Lightning Experience: Search is not finding Products when adding them as Opportunity Product

Description In Lightning Experience, users may find that they're unable to locate Products when attempting to add Opportunity Products.
Resolution Lookup search in Lightning Experience only searches for matching terms found within a Product record's standard Name field.

The Opportunity Product's Product lookup search in Lightning Experience requires users to search the beginning of the exact Product Name to return desired records.

Ex. Searching for "widgets" will not return records named, "wooden widgets" or "metal widgets" however, searching either "wooden" or "metal" will return said records.
