System Administrator is unable to Deactivate/Activate Process

|Description||System Administrator might be unable to deactivate/activate a Process in a Process Builder and receive an error:

Please note the Error Id might change.
|Resolution||This might happen because a Custom Object is created from Managed Package and the System Administrator is not assigned with Manage License for that managed package.
Below are the steps to assign the user under manage license in manage package:
Click on Setup | Develop | Installed Packages | Manage Licenses | Click on add users button | Select the user | Click on Add button.
Now try to Deactivate/Activate the Process and the error should no longer appear. If the error continues please contact Salesforce Support and we will investigate further.
