"Allow View Knowledge" permission not available for all Force.com licenses

|Description||Spring '16 release notes state that Force.com and Chatter Plus Users can grant read permission to Knowledge via the "Allow View Knowledge" permission on their Profile. However, this permission is not appearing for the Salesforce Platform license type.
|Resolution||This is expected behavior and the Salesforce Platform license type is not included in this feature, even though it is technically a Force.com license. We are working to update the Release Notes to clarify where this permission is available.
