Sales productivity is suffering as reps have multiple clicks to get the information they need to help close deals.  The company would like to increase productivity by easily seeing leads, assessing companies, identifying key contacts, and accessing sales intelligence on one screen.

This accelerator targets those customers that need help creating and configuring the Salesforce Console for their sales reps.  We will provide a mock up of a specific Sales Console in a Sandbox org, along with deployment guidance and best practices.

  • Sales productivity is suffering as reps have multiple clicks to get the information they need to help close deals.  The company would like to increase productivity by easily seeing leads, assessing companies, identifying key contacts, and accessing sales intelligence on one screen.
  • Sales reps are actively using opportunities and associated activities matched to their sales process
  • Admin access to a Sandbox
Product/Features Enabled:
  • Required Sales Cloud licenses purchased and users are assigned
  • If you are already using a Salesforce Console for Service, you can create Salesforce Console apps for Sales purposes without also licensing Salesforce Console for Sales.  If you do not have Service Cloud licenses, you must have purchased the Sales Console add-on licenses.
People/Resources Needed:
  • A Sales Leader who is engaged and committed to the outcome.  Recommend having a Marketing Leader involved for input on leads
