What is the change and when is it happening?
Beginning on February 1, 2016, Salesforce will no longer process renewal orders for BMC Remedyforce. All existing customers who have purchased BMC Remedyforce directly from Salesforce will need to renew their BMC Remedyforce service directly from BMC or an active Remedyforce reseller at the end of their current subscription term.
Customers with active Remedyforce subscriptions can also continue to place add-on orders directly with Salesforce during the remainder of the subscription term.
All new Remedyforce customers will need to purchase Remedyforce directly from BMC or a Remedyforce reseller.
Salesforce and BMC will continue to partner on technology as Remedyforce is built on the Salesforce platform and is one of our Strategic AppExchange partners for IT Service Management.
NOTE: There are no changes to the BMC Remedyforce product functionality or support as a result of this change.
