Salesforce1 Mobile Mobile User Experience Design Process:

  • This Accelerator is designed for a customer who has enabled Salesforce1 (SF1) and would like to take it further by expanding the available functionality to support a key business process.

  • You will be guided through best practices for optimizing the mobile process including performance (and benchmarking), functionality, and styling.

We'll work together to define what would be a successful outcome for you. 
     The Goals for this Accelerator Include:
  • Increase the number of processes that are mobile enabled      
  • Increase the mobile productivity of your end users
  • Increase adoption and the value derived from the Salesforce platform
Guiding Principles
We are focused on a successful outcome through well defined scope
Our Commitments:       
  • Provide wireframes / mockups of up to two screens for a key process (sales or service activity, etc.)
  • Implement recommendations on up to two optimized screens for a key process of yours
  • Discuss SF1 performance benchmarking best practices
  • Recommendations for reports & dashboards to track adoption and performance
  • Recommendations on adoption, training or communication plans
Your Commitments:
  • A LOB Sponsor for SF1 Mobile must participate in all the milestones
  • A committed technical Salesforce administrator plays a key role in the recommended changes
  • A committed Salesforce Developer resource is needed to implement the recommended changes
  • A committed Change / Management resource to execute communication, training and adoption plan recommendations
  • Provide post-engagement feedback via survey (Required)
