|Description||Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to AppExchange with a System Administrator profile
2. Open an App listing
3. Click "Get it now" and enter your login credentials when prompted.
4. Receive error message: Oops! Looks like you don't have permission to install apps.
|Resolution||Most of the time, this is caused by an issue with the web browser.
You may try using an alternative Supported Browser to access the AppExchange and attempt to install the package again.
If the installation in a different browser is successful, clear the cookies and browsing history of the problematic browser to resolve the error.
